Preferred Seat

Passengers travelling with Bhutan Airlines, now have the option to reserve a preferred seat. The seats will offer passengers the opportunity to experience the spectacular Himalayan Mountains such as Mount Everest, Mount Kanchenjunga & also have the preference for the seat, during the flight.

We encourage passengers to select their preferred seat and reserve in advance.

Key Information:

• Preferred window seats are available on all sectors.
• Seats can be pre-selected at the time of booking or through manage booking.
• A nominal additional fee applies for reserving these seats.
• Availability is limited and subject to aircraft configuration and operational requirement.

Refund policy:

• The Preferred Seat fee is non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
• Refunds will only be provided if the airline is unable to provide the selected seat due to operational or safety reasons, including aircraft change or flight cancellation.
• In the event of a flight change initiated by the passenger, the preferred seat may be reassigned on the new flight subject to availability.
• In the event of voluntary cancellation of ticket by the passenger, the preferred seat will be non-refundable.
• If the same seat is not available on the new flight, the airline may provide an alternative seat or refund the seat fee at its discretion.
• In case of No-Show (that is if the passenger does not show up for the flight) the ancillary service is non-refundable. If the passenger travels on a new date, the seat selection will have to be done again but paying again.
