Meet and assist at the arrival gate of your inbound flight.

Help navigating through immigration and security formalities.

Escort to the connecting flight gate or lounge.

Buggy service available where applicable.

Terms and conditions.

  • Meet & Greet service must be booked at least 48 hours prior to the flight time.
  • Prices may vary by airport and level of service.
  • Services such as fast-track and buggy are subject to local airport availability and regulations.
  • Passengers must present a valid proof of purchase upon request.
  • Service is non-transferable and valid only for the booked flight sector and date.


Refund Policy

  • Refund is available only if the passenger cancels the service at least 24 hours prior to departure.
  • Refunds will not be applicable in cases of no-show or voluntary flight cancellation.
  • If Bhutan Airlines cancels the flight or the Meet & Greet service cannot be provided, the full amount will be refunded.
  • In the event of flight rebooking to a flight not operated by Bhutan Airlines, the service fee will be refunded.
  • Refund requests must be made within one month from the date of travel.
