Eligible and interested applicants are invited to submit your application along with the required documents to Head-HR and Administration Department, Tashi Air Pvt. Ltd. (Bhutan Airlines), no later than 5.00 PM on 20th March 2026, office located opposite to Hotel Pemako, Thimphu.

Employment Type – Regular

Salary & Other Benefits: shall be fixed within the existing Bhutan Airlines pay scales.


Terms of Reference:

(Associate Manager, Finance & Accounts):

  • Financial record keeping, maintain general ledger entries
  • Record revenue from ticket sales, cargo, and ancillary services
  • Track expenses (fuel, handling, catering, maintenance, airport fees)
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Process vendor invoices (ground handling agents, airports, suppliers)
  • Revenue Accounting (ticket sales, refunds, Interline billing)
  • Ensure revenue is recognized correctly under airline accounting rules
  • Bank & Cash Reconciliation - Reconcile bank statements with airline accounting records, Agent reconciliation
  • Updating daily counter sales and follow up for agents and corporate agents.
  • Familiarity with airline revenue systems (GDS, BSP, B2B and B2C is a plus)
  • Understanding of aviation industry cost structures

Any other additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the Head from time to time.


Assistant Technical (IT) Officer, IT & System

  • Perform regular maintenance and updates of airline IT systems, including servers, databases, and network infrastructure.
  • Conduct routine inspections and tests to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Respond to IT service requests and incidents, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as required.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures, including data backup and disaster recovery measures.

Hardware and Software Management:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware components such as computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade software applications required for airline operations.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including assistance with software installation, system configuration, and troubleshooting.

Network and Connectivity:

  • Administer and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wireless networks (WLAN).
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform necessary repairs or reconfigurations.
  • Ensure smooth operation of network switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
  • Monitor network performance and security, implement appropriate measures to optimize network efficiency.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, and network infrastructure.
  • Generate reports on system performance, incident resolution, and maintenance activities.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT-related tasks and train end-users on best practices.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
  • Understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).


Note:
