Employment Type – Regular (Accountant)

Salary & Other Benefits: shall be fixed within the existing Bhutan Airlines pay scales.

Terms of Reference:

  • Revenue Accounting
  • Reconcile ticket sales. Cargo Revenue, Charter Revenue and ancillary income.
  • Monitor sales collective from travel agents online portals, corporate sales and verify refunds, cancellation, commission and credit notes.
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Process supplier in voice and payment voucher.
  • Monitor out-standing receivable and follow-up for collection.

Any other additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the Head of department from time to time.

Employment Type – Regular (Assistant Marketing Officer)

Terms of Reference:

  • Customer Relations & external communications management
  • Draft Coordinate,issue press release, media statement, & official announcements
  • Customer Complains & Redressal Management
  • Act as the central coordination point for all customer complaints
  • In-flight Magazine (Kuzu Zangpola)
  • Coordinate magazine production schedule and content timeline
  • Frequent Flyer Program Management
  • Manage FFP program for Bhutan Airlines
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports.
  • Analyze campaign performance and booking trends.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide recommendations based on market intelligence and campaign results.
  • Organize trade shows, travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate sponsorship activities and corporate partnerships.
  • Support co-marketing activities with tourism boards and travel partners.

Any other additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the Head of department from time to time.

Note:

  • Application with incomplete documents will not be considered.
  • Candidates are not allowed to apply for both the above given posts.
  • Based on the above criteria, 10 candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on merit ranking order.
  • Age limit: 18 – 40
  • Candidates, if currently employed are required to produce No Objection Certificate, if selected for the post.
  • Candidates are required to produce ORIGINAL documents for verification during the time of selection interview. Failure to produce the original documents will be disqualified for the interview.
