Mandatory Air Suvidha 2.0 Health Self-Declaration for Passengers Arriving in India

Dear Passengers,

In accordance with the latest directive issued by the Government of India, all passengers travelling to India are required to complete the Air Suvidha 2.0 Health Self-Declaration Form before arrival.

To ensure a smooth arrival process, passengers are advised to:

• Complete the Air Suvidha 2.0 Self-Declaration Form preferably before boarding their flight to India.
• Submit the form within 24 hours prior to arrival in India.
• Ensure all travel history, health, and contact information is entered accurately.
• Carry a copy (printed or digital) of the completed Self-Declaration Form and present it at the International Travel Health Desk or Immigration Counter, if requested by the authorities.
